You go to the Plaza and get a fish supper
Then go to the North Shore and gaze out to sea
You look at the waves and the great hills of Arran

You go to the harbour and get on a ferry
You look back to land and our great town you see
Of course you come back to the place that you left from
Ardrossan's my own town, Ardrossan's for me

The town has much changed, I think for the better
The new school, the Wind Farm, Marina just three
The bypass it means I can get home more quickly
