Preparation of Bluebell Gardens off Dalry Road started on 27 August 2007. Lovell Partnerships built thirty-three terraced and semi-detached houses for Cunninghame Housing Association's Homestake scheme. The project was finished in late 2009. The building in the background is McCrindle's Factory.
