Test lighting of the Castle took place on 26 March 2014.

Scaffolding was erected around and within the Castle in late March 2014 to allow a structural survey to be conducted. Necessary consolidation work was done and the scaffolding was removed on 4 and 5 March 2015.

The Castle Ruins are also featured in Castle Hill 4 and Castle Hill 9
