Ardrossan Castle Heritage Society was grateful for funding from Magnox to install closed circuit television cameras to monitor the Castle Hill.

Scaffolding was erected around and within the Castle in late March 2014 to allow a structural survey to be conducted. Necessary consolidation work was done and the scaffolding was removed on 4 and 5 March 2015.

The Castle Ruins are also featured in Castle Hill 4 and Castle Hill 9.
