Part of the building is occupied by Coletta's Italian Deli. In early February 2007, the Scottish Executive announced that the Irvine Bay Regeneration Company had been given funding to upgrade the listed building for retail refurbishment and letting. The Royal Bank of Scotland Building was similarly funded.
