The road sign in Eglinton Road gives notice that Parkhouse Road will be closed Between its junctions with Glasgow Street and McDowall Avenue from 13 July 2005 for twenty-four weeks so that Parkhouse Bridge could be removed. The photograph was taken shortly before closure.
